I only had to make a packed lunch for Hubby and the 4 girls today, so there were no worries about making it AIP friendly.
This is what I packed:
Clockwise from the top left-hand corner:
- orange segments in a silicone muffin cup with some walnut halves below
- veggies (mange tout, celery sticks and daikon radish sticks)
- 2 cold roasted chicken drumsticks on a bed of lettuce
- a homemade energy bar
I also included a reusable water bottle filled with water to drink.
